Tweaked some numbers after feedback I got:
- Regen powerup from the shop got nerfed
- Unchilled Chilli's projectiles are now a little faster
- Buffed The Creature's health

Also, made it clear that you need to press the response text in the dialogue to proceed, many got stuck on that.

And finally, tried once again to fix the icon of the .exe file not being the avocado icon, hopefully it will work now!
